มีรายการสัมภาษณ์หนึ่งชั่วโมงของสถานีโทรทัศน์ CNBC สัมภาษณ์ วอร์เรน บัพเฟตต์
มหาเศรษฐีอันดับสองของโลก (รองจากบิล เกตส์) ซึ่งบริจาคเงินให้การกุศลถึง 31 , 000 ล้านดอลล่าร์
(เป็นเงินไทยก็ราวๆ 1,000,000,000,000 อ่านว่า 1 ล้าน ล้านบาท โอ้แม่เจ้า)

ต่อไปนี้คือแง่มุมบางส่วนที่น่าสนใจยิ่งจากชีวิตของเขา :

1) เขาเริ่มซื้อหุ้นครั้งแรกเมื่ออายุ 11 ขวบ และปัจจุบันบอกว่ารู้สึกเสียใจที่เริ่มช้าไป!

2) เขาซื้อไร ่เล็กๆ เมื่ออายุ 14 โดยใช้เงินเก็บจากการส่งหนังสือพิมพ์

3) เขายังอาศัยอยู่ในบ้านเล็กหลังเดิมขนาด 3 ห้องนอน กลางเมืองโอมาฮา
ที่ซื้อไว้หลังแต่งงานเมื่อ 50 ปีก่อน เขาบอกว่ามีทุกสิ่งที่ต้องการในบ้านหลังนี้
บ้านเขาไม่มีรั้วหรือกำแพงล้อม

4) เขาขับรถไปไหนมาไหนต้วยตนเอง ไม่มีคนขับรถหรือคนคุ้มกัน

5) เขาไม่เคยเดินทางด้วยเครื่องบินส่วนตัว
แม้จะเป็นเจ้าของบริษัทขายเครื่องบินส่วนตัวที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในโลก

6) บริษัท เบิร์กไช แฮทะเวย์ ของเขามีบริษัทในเครือ 63 บริษัท
เขาเขียนจดหมายถึงซีอีโอของบริษัทเหล่านี้เพียงปีละฉบับเดียว เพื่อให้เป้าหมายประจำปี
